    Job Description

    • Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
    • Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration
    • Control project budgets and track financial performance
    • Maintain high safety and quality standards
    • Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track
    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
    • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors
    • Provide regular project updates and progress reports

      The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience in managing health care construction project
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse project teams
    • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
    • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
    • A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors
    • A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
