Job Title : AWS Security Engineer

Office Location : Central Houston, Texas

Office Status : (Onsite Tuesdays – Thursdays)

Job Responsibilities :

This role will have a background in overall network and cyber security, experience in managing a security practice, and a heavy background in IAM, DR, business continuity, vulnerability management, security controls, and more all within a cloud organization from a design, architecture, and strategic perspective. This person will be responsible for what needs to be considered / addressed from a security perspective.

Must Have :

• Must have knowledge of security operations, network security, cyber security etc.
• Must have experience working in cloud transformation / cloud migration initiatives, knowing the necessary standards and controls that are apart for the security ecosystem, and helping with the strategy, architecture, and associated controls as they move to the cloud
• Must have NIST framework knowledge
• Must have 5-7 years of security operations / cloud security
• Must have a bachelors degree in order to convert fulltime
