Sports Travel Coordinator

As a Sports Travel Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Your role involves understanding clients' needs and preferences, providing them with personalized recommendations, and ensuring their travel plans align with their expectations and budget. You will use your knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations to offer valuable advice and create memorable experiences for clients. Additionally, you'll handle reservations, manage bookings, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.   Key Responsibilities : Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, objectives, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, transportation options, accommodations, and activities. Present travel options and itineraries to clients, considering factors such as cost, time constraints, and special needs. Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle reservations and confirmations, including processing payments and issuing tickets and vouchers. Assist clients with travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to resolve any issues or changes to travel plans.   Skills and Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
