Gallo is seeking a meticulous and dynamic Marketing Projects Specialist to play a crucial role in the accurate and timely deployment of Commerce Marketing tactics. This vital position supports our overall Brand and Commerce Marketing annual plans for a targeted set of brands, customers, and geographies, focusing on point of sale (POS), brand and / or portfolio collateral, and defined digital assets / media / platforms.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Commerce Marketing Team, Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales, and Outside Vendors to execute Commerce and Brand-related development, deployment, planning, and communication. Your role is central to our mission to win the hearts & minds of shoppers through inspired solutions along their ever-changing journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the production and deployment of all POS elements, project managing the annual national plan for all brands within the business unit(s), and serving as a subject matter expert throughout the creative process. You will work closely with outside vendors, communicate efficiently with business partners, and provide guidance to brand teams in support of brand and commerce objectives.

We are looking for someone who can make recommendations based on the pros / cons of various solutions, serve as a cross-functional point of contact to drive process improvement projects, and maintain database accuracy regarding POS deployment. Your ability to utilize both internal and external vendor resources to take a POS item, digital asset, or collateral from concept to execution will be key to our success.

What You Will Need :

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of project management, sales, creative services, finance, operations, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Gallo specific project management or Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR 7 years of project management, sales, creative services, finance, operations, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with end consumer and retail shopper product marketing.
• Required to travel 1-2 times a year.
• Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Customer-oriented with strong project management and organization skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and / or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
