Local packaging company is looking for Laborers at all 3 locations!

Woodshop, foam shop, construction shop

1st Shift & 2nd Shift available

Ideal candidate will Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble parts as specified.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble parts and materials according to written, illustrated and / or verbal instructions such as work orders.
• Utilize adhesive tape, glue gun / roller, heat gun, sonic-welder, drill and other tools such as slabber, bandsaw, slitter, press machine, down cutter, welder and other equipment as required to assemble parts.
• Stage completed parts and prepare for shipping.
• Support completion of documentation as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Comply with established quality and safety standards.
• Report quality errors, material issues, and other quality concerns as required. Report any safety issues. May operate a forklift as required to complete tasks.
• Complete other tasks and support different workstations as production needs require.

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read written instructions, interpret illustrated instructions and understand and follow oral instructions to complete assembly as directed.

Mathematical Skills

Must have the ability to understand, analyze and interpret written instructions that include measurements.

Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to read written instructions, interpret illustrated instructions and understand and follow oral instructions to complete assembly as directed.

Physical Demands Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, twist, lean over and lift up to 40 lbs.
