Valley Plumbing, a locally owned company, proudly serves Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties, as well as Park City and Tooele. We provide expert residential and commercial plumbing services, offering long-term solutions to enhance homes and businesses. We seek a high-performing, sales-driven plumbing professional for a full-time role. Based in West Jordan, this position requires experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems, including fixture installations, repairs, and re-routes. What Youll Do :

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Present and offer multiple solution-based options to customers, helping them choose the best services for their needs.

Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

Educate customers on preventative maintenance and premium plumbing solutions.

Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.

Maintain accurate records of work completed using our CRM system (ServiceTitan).

What Were Looking For :

Licensed Journeyman Plumber with proven experience in service and repair.

Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to offer premium solutions to customers.

Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.

A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.

Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
