We are currently seeking a junior-level Production Studio Coordinator!
Role :
The Production Studio Coordinator, a junior-level role, will join our internal production team, which encompasses both editorial and production studios. This position is responsible for overseeing the physical studio space, including equipment and prop inventory, as well as assisting shoot prep and acting as photographer / videographer on a variety of productions.
Areas of Focus :
Day-to-day responsibilities for this role include :
- Resource for all studio equipment needs
- Manage equipment check-out / tracking system
- Set up and break down equipment for photo / video shoots
- Act as grip / electric / PA on set
- Act as supplemental photographer and videographer as needed on productions
- Organize and archive captured footage and still images
- Assist as DIT and camera assistant as needed on shoots
- Assist lead photographer / videographer as needed
- Coordinate shoot logistics
- Manage prop inventory and maintain prop database
- Maintain organization, supplies, and cleanliness of studio
- Stay on top of industry trends regarding gear and technology

At least 2 years’ experience with studio lighting, DSLR photography and video captureKnowledge of grip, electric, and camera equipmentAbility to light for studio photography and video productionsPhotoshop experiencePremiere Pro and After Effects skills a plusProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and / or move up to 50 poundsMust be able to work on site at the Minneapolis CL office full-time
