Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative and clerical support, ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a variety of office functions, assisting residents and supporting internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Answer phone inquiries and address concerns
  • Process and manage work orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure files are properly organized
  • Assist with billing tasks and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within a municipality is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of town policies and procedures will be an advantage
