The Role

As a Marketing Manager in Training, you’ll :

  • Learn the fundamentals of marketing by working on dynamic, face-to-face nonprofit campaigns.
  • Engage potential donors and supporters, inspiring them to take action on causes that matter.
  • Build key skills in leadership, communication, and campaign strategy through hands-on experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to hit performance targets and expand campaign reach.
  • Progress through our structured training program to become a leader, managing your own campaigns and team.
