Key Functions and Responsibilities :
Create and execute strategies for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and oversee training for new associates.Employee Relations and CoachingProvide support to employees on HR-related topics and resolve issues.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Benefits AdministrationAdminister compensation and benefit plans.
Manage leave of absence, FMLA, workers comp, and unemployment.Performance ManagementUndertake tasks around performance management.
Organize and assist with annual employee performance reviews.Company CultureEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks, and organizing team building activities.
Training and DevelopmentDevelop, organize, and oversee training and development initiatives.
Oversee succession planning for the organization.HR Metrics and Data ManagementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Maintain employee files and records.Policy Development and AdministrationAssist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
