You will be the Supply Chain Manager for the Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, ensuring the delivery of quality products to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process, communicating with suppliers, and driving mitigation activities across the supply chain to support the PrSM and ATACMS Programs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and maintaining supply chain metrics and pursuing deliveries from suppliers
• Managing material requirements, attending shortage meetings, and resolving supplier-related issues
• Interfacing with Senior Leadership and department managers for action resolution and resource planning
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans for the Global Supply Chain
• Travel will be required

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
