Job Responsibilities :

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will :

  • Perform Comprehensive HVAC Service & Maintenance – Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently for our customers.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues – Identify technical problems within HVAC systems, develop solutions, and perform quality repairs to meet high standards.
  • Communicate with Customers – Provide clear and professional updates on HVAC system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with Upsell Opportunities – Identify additional needs during service calls and offer upsell recommendations to customers, coordinating with the sales team as necessary.
  • Maintain Detailed Service Records – Accurately record all service and repair activities in ServiceTitan for seamless tracking and follow-up.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Advancements – Regularly participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in HVAC Service & Repair – 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills – Proven ability to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
