Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide desk-side and remote technical support to team members across departments within the resort.
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems, ensuring reliable performance for resort operations, including payment processing and integration with other business applications.
  • Provide application support for resort systems, assisting users with troubleshooting, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Deliver training to employees on IT systems, applications, and POS platforms, ensuring proper usage and best practices.
  • Ensure documentation of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials is regularly updated and maintained.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings for resort applications, POS systems, and industry trends.
  • Develop knowledge articles and user guides to enhance IT support and self-service resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Preferred :

    • College degree and / or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant hospitality operational technology experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS-based hospitality applications preferred
  • Required :

    • Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networks

  • Comptia A+ and Network + Certifications
  • Ability to handle a multitude of tasks.
  • Proficient in working independently, multitasking, and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Availability to work evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

    • Physical Requirements

  • Able to drive golf carts as the main source of transportation campus style resort
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and / or reach repeatedly.
  • Able to safely lift to 50 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials
  • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
