The Role
Working on the production team, the Fabricator / Installer produces and installs retail fixtures and furniture from a variety of materials including laminated wood, metal, solid surface, acrylic, glass, lighting and graphics; executing projects to our high-quality standards. Some travel is required.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of 2 years manufacturing and installing experience working in the commercial casework, retail fixture manufacturing, custom fabrication industry or related
- Experience reading technical drawings and executing shop plans
- Someone who is adaptable, flexible and extremely organized and detail oriented
- A team player who works well with others and can collaborate
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and a client service mentality
- Someone who is goal oriented and driven to success by achieving weekly and monthly shop metrics and goals
- Someone who is able to prioritize tasks, deadlines and maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Someone who has experience operating a forklift and has a valid driver’s license
