Job description

Overview

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for assisting salespeople in managing their customer accounts. This position is also responsible for assisting the store's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The Warrany Coordinator will order and process materials as well as assist with back charging.

Qualifications

Interface with customers, providing updates on delivery and schedules

Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production

Provide detailed updates on shipments, tracking data, ship-to-date counts and remaining deliveries

Direct order entry / processing, ensuring orders get put to the floor in a correct and efficient manner

Provide support to sales and customers with pricing information and other inquiries

Other duties assigned by management
