Key Responsibilities : Expense Management : Review and confirm expense ledgers, manage employee expense reimbursements and company credit card transactions. Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit / loss statements, and financial reports. Fixed Asset & Prepaid Expense Management : Maintain and update fixed asset schedules, depreciation expenses, and prepaid expense schedules monthly. Month-End Closing : Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure timely month-end close. Auditing & Compliance : Assist in internal audits by reviewing responses and documentation across various accounting areas. Annual & Quarterly Financial Statements : Support annual financial statement preparation and internal quarterly financial reporting. Special Projects : Assist with corporate accounting initiatives, process improvements, and cross-departmental collaboration. Accounting Best Practices : Develop and enforce proper accounting practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0 3 years of accounting experience (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered). Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP compliance, and internal controls. Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and recommend solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for financial reporting and analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain financial data to non-financial teams. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred but not required. CPA or EA certification preferred but not required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential.
