We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a dynamic team supporting financial reporting expense management and monthend closing processes . Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Expense Management : Review and confirm expense ledgers manage employee expense reimbursements and company credit card transactions .
  • Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze balance sheets profit / loss statements and financial reports .
  • Fixed Asset & Prepaid Expense Management : Maintain and update fixed asset schedules depreciation expenses and prepaid expense schedules monthly.
  • MonthEnd Closing : Prepare and process journal entries account reconciliations and ensure timely monthend close .
  • Auditing & Compliance : Assist in internal audits by reviewing responses and documentation across various accounting areas.
  • Annual & Quarterly Financial Statements : Support annual financial statement preparation and internal quarterly financial reporting .
  • Special Projects : Assist with corporate accounting initiatives process improvements and crossdepartmental collaboration .
  • Accounting Best Practices : Develop and enforce proper accounting practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 0 3 years of accounting experience (entrylevel candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles GAAP compliance and internal controls .
  • Analytical problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate data and recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain financial data to nonfinancial teams.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred but not required.
  • CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment .
  • Attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills are essential.
