Job Description
Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst positions offered by Cox Corporate Services, LLC (Atlanta, GA). Interpret customer and business needs and translate these into application, system, technical, and operational requirements. Engage and participate in projects / application requirement sessions to ensure proper technical requirements are clearly documented, testable and managed. Develop current state and target state process flows, depicting the pros and cons of various system and automation alternatives. Work closely with business and boundary partners to support the application lifecycle from development through implementation / warranty. Elicit, analyze, and record required business functionality and non-functional requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Engage with users, customers, and other stakeholders to extract and gather requirements. Utilize organizational methods, tools and techniques for requirements analysis. Confirm deliverables, challenges, conflicts, and expectations associated with requirements analysis, determine additional functional and informational requirements. Prepare models and documentation. Utilize specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking own and others' outputs. Develop and use checklists to ensure information produced is error-free. Adequately gauge the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights. Support various areas of the organization, multiple lines of the business, or a region or geography.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience planning and executing software platform changes with minimal disruption to clients or ongoing activities. Also requires 4 years of experience : designing and executing plans for software installations; detailing features, functions, and expected benefits of planned changes and upgrades; integrating and communicating technical and business aspects of complex software implementation and support solutions; leading production triage efforts; executing entire projects or components of large telecom projects from start to finish; working with vendor-specific or application-specific diagnostic guides, tools, and utilities; delivering datasets and reports; and delivering concise, compelling data-and insight driven business recommendations on where and how modified decisions could lead to improved performance. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated, the employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and experience or coursework as stated. Employee reports to Atlanta, GA but may telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Compensation includes a base salary of $125,330. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
