Job Description

• Remote CONSTRUCTION Estimator (some travel)
• Looking for someone with 8 years of experience+
• Commercial interiors experience- Hotel interiors a MUST - No ground up

Hotels focused experience - 8 years minimum. NO ground up, office, commercial experience.

• He or she must be able to unitize all parts of hotel and input unit pricing. Able to generate full take-offs.

• Bonus : Approx. $15-$25K (Based on year revenue)
