Position Overview :
We have a Occupancy Specialist position available for Mission Gate Way in Lois Angeles, CA which consist of 356 Units. Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Community Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- General office duties
- Show units to prospective residents
- Distribute brochures and information about the community
- Assist with advertising vacant units
- Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
- Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests
