Description :

The Product Development Tech Transfer Chemist / Professional R&D (temporary / contingent role) will be reporting to the Dir, Product Development. The incumbent will be assisting the lab development, scale up and tech transfer efforts for a wide variety of topical skin care products, including both OTC and cosmetic treatments.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

Perform process development, stability studies, scale up studies on the bench and pilot scale.

Write process development reports and protocols for process qualification.

Participate in process validation as needed.

Interact with cross functional teams such as Quality, CMO, Project Management, Supply Chain etc. for coordinating R&D efforts.

• Required Skills / Qualification

3-5 years of industry experience in process development and scale up of cosmetic products.

Familiarity with bench formulation

Validation Experience

Cosmetic Industry experience

Preferred Skills :

Manufacturing and statistical analysis.

Education

BS in Chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent
