User Experience Coordinator

A company is looking for a User Experience Coordinator to provide operational support across design, content, and research for the UX team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage UX research recruiting, including participant scheduling and communicationBuild and manage surveys and unmoderated tests with internal stakeholdersAnalyze processes across content, design, and research to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in user research coordination, project management, or related rolesStrong project management skills with the ability to execute project plansExperience managing contractor budgets and timely invoice submissionsProficiency in working with technology and learning new toolsExperience with Content Management Systems is a plus
