Allergy Technician (DG Lung Center)- Full Time - Beaumont

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Allergy Technician position in the Beaumont area.

Job Description :

Allergy Technicians perform general medical assistant tasks including setting appointments, taking patient's medical history and vitals, assisting medical staff during examinations and in-office procedures, collecting lab samples, performing basic lab work, and preparing examining rooms. Allergy Technicians will also perform more specialized duties, including allergy tests, pulmonary function and skin tests, and will speak with patients about symptom management and preparing medications like allergy serums and injections.

Qualifications :

• Allergy certification required or Medical Assistant with allergy testing experience - required
• 1+ years’ experience as an Allergy Technician - preferred
• Knowledge of EMR systems - required
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background check and drug screen
