liProvide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues. / li

liAccurate data entry into company computer systems. / li

liEscalates and / or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources. / li

liWorks with team members to solve problems. / li

liProvides clear work instructions to drivers. / li

pstrongQualifications : / strong / p

liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. / li

liProficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred). / li

liBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. / li

liProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. / li

liWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen. / li
