Job Opportunity : Parts and Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and confident individual to join our team as a Parts and Service Associate. This position offers a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, provide excellent customer support, and be a key part of our service team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers regarding parts and services.
  • Learn and become proficient in our product offerings and internal systems.
  • Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-related tasks.
  • Maintain a dependable and positive attitude while handling customer inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong computer skills (QuickBooks and Fishbowl will be trained).
  • A willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Dependable and reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Position Details :

  • Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch) to start;
  • Compensation : $18-20 per hour, based on experience.
