A company is looking for a BAS / EPMS Estimator.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate bid documents and cost estimates for BMS construction and retrofit projectsPrepare estimates by calculating takeoffs and reviewing quotes from suppliers and subcontractorsCollaborate with the Account Team and Project Management to ensure a smooth transition of projects post-bidRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in BMS / HVAC constructionBAS expertise is requiredExperience with Bidtracer estimating software is preferredCombination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable
