Our client is a general contractor located in Las Vegas, NV. They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to add to their team!

Experience and Skills you need :

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Commercial construction background preferred
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordination with Superintendent on schedule management
• P&L management and cost analysis
• Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
• Design-Build experience a plus
• Business Development and client retention
• Estimating experience nice to have
