Hiring for part-time schedule to include the following days. Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday.

Position Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to assigned patients while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. This role involves providing direct patient care, adhering to nursing policies and procedures, and collaborating with team members and healthcare providers across various care settings. The RN must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to provide effective and efficient care.

You will also offer understanding and empathy during difficult situations, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate resilience in challenging circumstances.

Here's what you'll do : (critical responsibilities)

  • Provide care for our amazing residents
  • Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in resident's conditions
  • Administer medications and ordered treatments to residents and observe reactions or side effects
  • Supervise other members of the care team in their daily work
  • Advise residents and their families on various health conditions
  • Coordinates, guides, and assists LPN's and CNA's and ensures care is provided in accordance with care plans.
  • Completes all necessary charting as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the care planning process and oversee implementation of the plan.

Here's what you'll need : (key requirements to be considered for the role)

  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in a long-term care or acute care setting.
  • Must be CPR certified.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
  • Must be competent with computer applications.
  • Previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations of the position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Observant and respectful of principles of confidentiality.

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range : $36.65-$46.43 per hour, plus shift differentials, when applicable :
  • Evening shift differential +$1.75 / hour

  • Overnight shift differential +2.75 / hour
  • Weekend shift differential +1.75 / hour
