Position Overview

Working under the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Admin Intern is a representative of the human resources department that supports all HR functions and programs. Duties often involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.

Functions of Position

Job duties and responsibilities of this role often involve :

LGE / Creation Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters (if applicable).
  • Ensuring job boards and the company's website are up to date with current open positions.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including organizing files, preparing reports, scanning documents, and updating our recruiting tracker.
  • Assisting with the management of all tracking systems with a focus on confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborating in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with conducting audits.
  • Back up support to the receptionist.
  • All other duties required to successfully fulfill the role.

Hospitality Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with follow-up items required by the Hospitality team, such as Paycom entries and communication with benefit providers.
  • Organizing and setting up HR files for Hospitality-related matters.
  • Supporting the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records specific to the Hospitality division.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the HR team across various Hospitality-related projects.
  • All other duties required to successfully fulfill the role.

    Daily communication with Director of Human Resources. The HR Admin Intern will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
