About the Position :

Persistent Systems is looking for Client Partner – Consumer Tech Vertical (ISV & DNVB). This Individual will be leading sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions. Someone who can Independently and successfully run the entire sales cycle and be responsible for owning sales quota and created new revenue streams by acquiring new logos. Someone who shows strong technical aptitude and passionate about technology services sales.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Understand Persistent solutions and service offerings and be able to articulate the value proposition.
  • Identify customer industry trends, drivers, pain points and needs, and map Persistent solutions and service offerings to best meet those needs.
  • Find and uncover opportunities through creative prospecting tactics and activities to expand Persistent business / software engineering services.
  • Develop prospecting plans and establish new relationships at strategic target accounts.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the organization to develop proposals that meet customer needs, orchestrate the end-to-end sales process, and perform necessary actions to significantly improve the chances of closing opportunities.
  • Work with ecosystem partners to create compelling solutions and drive client reach.
  • Lead sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions
  • Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast.

What you will bring :

  • 8+ years of experience in selling Digital Engineering / IT Consulting services, preferably in the Consumer Tech ISV & DNVB segment.
  • Experience of independently and successfully running the entire sales cycle and responsible for owning sales quota and have created new revenue streams by acquiring new logos.
  • Consultative sales experience targeting relevant companies to help them to think differently to realize their goals.
  • Consistent track record of using a repeatable sales process for successful deal finding, engaging, running, and closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and social skills.
  • Shown strong technical aptitude and passionate about technology services sales.
  • Experience and understanding of modern software engineering frameworks and patterns.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently, but also a contributing member of the team.
  • Willingness and desire to learn new ways to be more efficient and effective.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
