General Job Responsibilities :

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.License & Certifications :
Active and unrestricted dental license in Wisconsin.Current BLS certification.Additional certifications may be required based on specific practice or state regulations.Experience :
