Responsibilities

  • The Accounting Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and transactions of the hotel in support of the hotel controller
  • You will be responsible for tasks such as recording daily revenue, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
  • Additionally, you will assist in payroll administration, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

  • Prior hotel accounting experience is preferred but not required
  • Hilton experience is ideal but not required
  • Ability to work with Excel and other accounting software or programs
  • Strong attention to details
