- Accurately represent our Palm Beach Tan brand
- Develop and extensively train and coach your sales team
- Provide Palm Beach Tan clients with unparalleled customer service while cultivating long-term relationships with your customers
MIT's will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Leadership Team
Responsibilities will include :
Managing day-to-day salon operations including labor control, hiring staff, team development, and customer retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas which are measured daily / weekly / monthlyConsulting customers in a professional and upbeat mannerProactively build loyal and long-term relationships with customersIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening / closing businessDaily administrative paperwork and goal trackingCreating and contributing to a positive, team-centric work environment for employees and co-workersQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentProven customer service experienceTwo or more years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo or more years of face-to-face sales experienceReliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights & weekendsFriendly, competitive drive to meet goals givenPolished, professional appearanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per dayFull-time positions with Palm Beach Tan offer a benefits package that includes medical coverage, paid time-off, product discounts, and free tanning services.
Compensation : $28,000 + commission +bonuses
