The Communications and Content Specialist is responsible for creating content and executing impactful content and communications to demonstrate the value of Synoptek's services.
Additionally, this role will partner with marketing team members, and other departments across the organization to develop content that not only tells compelling stories but also resonates with our target external, partner and internal audiences, ultimately driving alignment, engagement and brand growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of communication strategies to harmonize key themes, messaging, and actions across multiple media formats.
- Develop high-quality content assets across various formats, including blog posts, research reports, case studies, webpages, emails, presentation decks, and social media posts that capture the core themes for our target audiences.
- Leverage storytelling skills to produce narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other marketing team members, Business Unit, Practice and Executive Leadership teams to build effective content that aligns with audience needs and business strategies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders on communications plans that increase employee engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging while driving engagement and supporting lead generation initiatives.
- Work with executive stakeholders on plans and development of communications for all company employees, partners and customers.
- Supports media relations engagements, monitor media relationships, and support the development of content to be distributed throughout various media channels.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and content, adjusting strategies based on feedback and platform analytics.
- Champion our brand and product voice. Support management of content and branding style guides to protect and oversee brand representation across messaging platforms.
- Proofread, copy edit and revise assets created by other executive, marketing and practice team members.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Job-related Experience
Customarily has at least 2 years of experience in content creation, public relations or other communications areas in a B2B environment, ideally in the technology industry.Experience as a consultant or in Managed Services industry a plus.Job-related Skills / Attributes

Salary Range
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range for Denver, Colorado applicants for this role is $71,765.99-87,321.30 with a median of $187,321.30. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.
