Electrical Foreman
Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Foreman to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projectsPlan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivityRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installationMaintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policiesOrder materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on scheduleCommunicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project executionTrain, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the jobTroubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutionsEnsure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codesTrack job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadershipQualifications :
5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleExperience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practicesAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standardsStable work historyOSHA 30 certification is a plusPreferred but Not Required :
