JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships on a global scale. The primary objective will be to foster strong partnerships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and Managing Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients globally, understanding their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.Strategic Account Planning : Develop comprehensive account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.Customer Advocacy : Serve as the primary advocate for the client within the company, ensuring that their voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health of the client relationship and track progress against targets. Provide regular reports and updates to both internal stakeholders and the client.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
At least 5 years of experience interacting with oil and gas customersPrefer experience with Drilling Waste Management, Managed Pressure Drilling or Thermal Treatment Product linesJOB REQUIREMENTS
