Role :
The Regional Service Manager (RSM) will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff. In this position, the candidate will need to be an effective communicator as it is critical to the development of our operational team and quality of support we provide to our customers.

Recruiting and development of administration teamDelivery of all company goals and metricsProvide customer satisfactionDispatcher on-boardingEvaluate and perform annual reviews with Operations Manager approvalsReview company reports and share with teamCommunicate needs to field teams (Dispatchers, ASMs, Operations Manager, and VPs)Escalation point for callbacksSuccessfully promote companys image, appearance, and reputationManage customer relationships for assigned areaMaintain and communicate weekly activity scheduleEnsure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all callsEnsure area meets or exceeds customer and company SLA requirementsManage dispatchers and ensure company systems and procedures are followedBottom line accountability for assigned divisionsManage labor and material costsSupport ASM and the development of techniciansExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralDeliver high level of customer service on a consistent basisQualifications :
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experienceHVAC Management ExperienceTechnical knowledge necessary to provide value to our technicians and customersExtremely high level of urgency to resolve problemsHigh level of computer skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsProven track record in prior roleLevel personality with a drive for successAbility to focus on desired resultsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesAbility to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlinesStrong attention to detailPhysical requirements :
Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone and computer printer.Able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
