Associate Dentist – Smile Source Spokane

Ellingsen Henneberg Dentistry, dba Smile Source Spokane, is a growing private practice group seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and are looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to our 40-year legacy of serving the community.

About the Role :

As an associate dentist, you will meet with valued patients, assess their dental health, perform a variety of procedures, and collaborate with our experienced team. We seek a passionate and growth-minded dentist who thrives in an independent, quality-driven practice.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Compensation : $175,000 - $250,000 annually
  • 700 daily guarantee
  • Annual CE allowance
  • Reimbursement allowance for malpractice and membership due

    • Qualifications :

  • Genuine care, compassion, and empathy for patients
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Washington State Dental License
  • Proficiency in extractions
  • Experience with Endodontics
  • Skills in implant placement & restorations
  • Familiarity with clear aligner treatment
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
