To support their ambitious growth plans to reach 50 branches and 1 billion in revenue in the next 10 years, we are happy to present a once in a lifetime opportunity to join this mission and have an organization built around you within the next 60 days.

This position would suit a Company Owner, Service Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager who wants to run a branch as if it was their own business whilst being fully supported by the company, who will invest limitless resources to help you thrive and hire the best people.

The role :

Within the first 60 days of being in the role, you will scale the branch by recruiting and leading the best Service Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Office Managers in the region and will bring in clients in the re-roofing / service sectors where you are working direct to end-user clients in Government, Education, Manufacturing, Medical, Airports & Heavy Industrial sectors.
