This is an exciting opportunity to work in various localities throughout the New York City area. Collins Building Services is searching for candidates for seasonal housekeeping positions. Willing to train you regardless of your experience level. We provide high quality services in different types of business and residential environments. We are responsible for all cleaning aspects of the facilities.

The responsibilities include, but not limited to :

Vacuum, dust, sweep, mopDetailed restroom cleaning and restocking of paper and soap dispensersTrash and recycling removalClean and disinfect high touch point areasFreight elevator operation and cleaningPolice sidewalks, plazas, lobbies, and other common areas for trash, spills, and gum removalSpot clean doors, walls, and partitionsAssist with event and conference room set ups Assist with floor and carpet care projects (stripping, waxing, buffing, and shampooing)May perform other general duties as assigned
