Employment Type : Direct-hire

Compensation : Up to $130,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary :

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central. As a key player in their ongoing implementation projects, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, design impactful solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of the system across the organization for the long future.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 can substitute for formal education.
  • Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Involvement in at least (1) one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central with multiple modules.
  • Familiarity with several Business Central modules such as financial management, supply chain, sales / marketing, manufacturing, and warehouse management is highly desirable.
  • Skills :

  • Strong analytical thinking with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Experience in business process modeling and requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus!
