onsemi is seeking an experienced individual to lead the Automotive Power Discrete Business Unit (BU) applications team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong teams, winning in the marketplace, and driving the future of automotive power electronics. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and positioning state-of-the-art power discrete solutions for automobiles..

• Lead the Automotive Power Discrete BU applications team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support customer
• Position onsemi as a leader in automotive power electronics.
• Provide technical support to customers during design phases and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee the development and release of new power discrete products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at least 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience in power discrete semiconductor applications. Safe operating areas, challeges using Power FETs, IGBTs or diodes, swithing performance, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate teams.
• Power management acknoledge.
• Highly experience with lab equipment used in discrete products
• Passion for advancing automotive technology
