Stamped Products, Inc. (SPI) is seeking experienced full-time Tool and Die Makers to join our team. Qualified applicants must be skilled in repairing, troubleshooting, and fabricating jigs, tools, fixtures, and dies for production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Repair all types, sizes, and shapes of jigs, tools, fixtures, and dies.
  • Try out complex tools and dies on manufacturing equipment.
  • Set up and operate all tool room equipment.
  • Manufacture close-tolerance parts per prints, sketches, samples, or verbal instructions.
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.
  • Heat treat and weld parts as required.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : High school diploma or GED required (2-year associate degree preferred).
  • Experience Required : Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience as a Tool & Die Maker.
  • Skills :

    • Must furnish own tools, including precision measuring instruments.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Primary work is indoors in a manufacturing setting.
  • Required to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

    • Schedule

  • 10-hour shift
  • 4 : 30 PM to 3 : 00 AM
