Maintenance Technician Job Profile

As a Maintenance Technician, you will partner with the Maintenance Director in creating a safe and vibrant living environment for our residents. Your expertise will make a tangible difference as you focus on :

Facility Management : Conduct daily walkthroughs, identifying and promptly addressing malfunctions for repair.
Skilled Maintenance Solutions : Provide skilled attention to maintenance problems and assigned service requests, ensuring quality workmanship.
Equipment Troubleshooting : Showcase your ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment.
Expense Control : Collaborate with the Maintenance Director in managing parts expenses and reviewing costs before purchases.
Preventive Care : Assist in coordinating preventative maintenance, adhering to specific schedules and protocols.
Record Keeping : Maintain essential records, data, and paperwork with precision.
Resident-Centric Service : Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and responsiveness.
Adherence to Safety Standards : Comply with all safety regulations and use chemicals safely.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements

Experience : At least 1 year as a Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment.

Physical Ability : Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Emergency Response : Ability to act quickly and remain composed in emergencies.

Certifications or Licenses : HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
