This group, The Transfer Agency, provides back-office financial services to over 40 Clients and their investors, supporting multiple types of funds. These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker / dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more. What You Will Get To Do :
Answer shareholder and Broker / Dealer calls and respond to inquiries related to general account information, fund performance, fund portfolio holdings, cost basis, etc.Review new account documentation and establish accounts as neededReview and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholdersCommunicate complex financial information in tangible, simple termsAnalyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiriesCorrespond with and contact Dealers and Investors as neededResearch and callout to Broker / Dealers in regards to NSCC tradingPerform callout campaigns for ClientsWhat You Will Bring :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferredMust have previous customer service or call center experience and be able to multi taskAttention to detail and accuracyComputer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentMust be willing to work on site 6 days / monthHours are 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PMInitial training will be one month on site 5 days / week from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
