Position : Temporary Assistant Production Equipment Specialist

Hours : This is a full-time position ( 40 hours per week / M-F)

Pay : $25.00 per hour

Campus : Evanston Campus

Approximate start date : ASAP

Approximate end date : 6 / 20 / 2025

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Assistant Production Equipment Specialist for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description :

  • Operate WebCheckout for tracking equipment.
  • Handle faculty and student equipment reservations.
  • Create and maintain class and patron data in WebCheckout.
  • Maintain inventory, barcode resources, and track checkouts.
  • Handle weekly shipments to the film lab.
  • Manage returns and deliveries.
  • Conducting regular functionality checks. Scheduling repairs Evaluate repair and replacement needs. Schedule repairs, primarily between sessions.

Minimum Qualification :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Prior Film & Production Experience
  • Calendar Management Experience
