smartdept inc. is searching for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist for a client based in the Saint Louis, MO area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon Seller Central and have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace. This is a fully remote, part-time (1-5 hours / week on average), ongoing contract opportunity.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to the client, including answering questions about Amazon Seller Central, helping with technical issues, and resolving disputes.
Monitor inventory levels and shipments, and ensure inventory and shipments are met.

What You'll Need :

3-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central

Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with selling on amazon.
