Join our U.S. healthcare team as a Lead Cybersecurity Access Management Engineer. Spearhead the modernization and management of our Single Sign-On (SSO) and access management strategies, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID. This pivotal role ensures secure, efficient access to hospital systems, enhancing user experience while upholding stringent security standards. Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize authentication and authorization solutions that meet our hospital's needs and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in cybersecurity roles (Required)
  • 3+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) cybersecurity experience (Required)
  • 1+ years of management / leadership experience (Preferred)
  • CISSP, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, and Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications (Preferred)

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of SSO and access management solutions using Entra ID and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Oversee the migration from existing SSO systems to Entra ID and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Ensure SSO and access management practices meet all relevant U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and refine access management frameworks that align with hospital roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the integration of Entra ID and Microsoft Authenticator with existing hospital systems.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SSO and access management.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, clinical teams, and compliance officers to develop solutions that balance security with usability.
  • Continuously monitor SSO and access management systems and generate reports on access patterns.
  • Perform duties in accordance with organizational values, policies, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, and health system organization.
