A company is looking for an Engineer, High Voltage Transmission.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine design requirements for transmission line design and construction from 34.5kV to 500kVManage and coordinate sub-consultants for utility crossings related to transmission linesReview engineering submittals from consultants and Engineering of Record (EOR)Required QualificationsDegree or Advanced Degree in Engineering3-5 years of experience in transmission line engineering within the electrical utility industryExtensive experience with PLS-CADD, PLS-CAISSON, PLS-POLE, PLS-SAPSFamiliarity with design codes and standards such as NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACIStrong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
