We are looking for a part time skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee and maintain our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, exceptional organizational skills, and a dedication to sustainability and safety. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Meet with clients to attract new business and promote our services; build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ensure excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Develop and manage the facility budget, including cost forecasting and oversight of expenditures. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors, evaluating performance and negotiating contracts. Set up meetings with potential clients to present facility management proposals and address their concerns. Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility management software (e.g., CMMS). Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP)) are preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
