Job Overview :

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Helena, AZ. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with students to improve their communication skills and help them succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language development (SLPs).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Active SLP or SLPA license in the state of Arizona.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
